Production Introduction
LANCE FZL-1 vacuum mounting press can eliminate air contained in the sample. If there is no air present, the embedded compound will fill the gaps in the sample, eliminating the gaps between the sample and the compound. Therefore, edge preservation is strengthened, and fragile samples are well supported during grinding and polishing process.
A sturdy vacuum pump can provide sufficient vacuum to quickly remove any air trapped in porous samples. By utilizing the unique rotating cup holder inside the vacuum container, multiple samples can be vacuum impregnated at the same time. Designed unique pouring mechanism that allows pre mixed inlay compounds to be placed in the cup and then poured into the mold at one time. Suitable for embedding (cold) compounds of various epoxy resins and polyester castables. Due to the sample being encapsulated in a vacuum state, the possibility of air entering is completely eliminated.
The machine is simple to use: place the sample mold in a vacuum container, mix the inlaid compound, place the mixing cup on the cup holder, place the vacuum container on the base, pour the inlaid compound into the mold, pour it for one minute, then turn it to atmospheric pressure, repeat this cycle action several times, open the cavity, and let it solidify normally.
